1. Who we are

Ardena Consulting Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16970258, at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are the controller of your information, which means we decide how it is used. Our Delhi studio helps us reply to you and do the work. You can reach us at hello@ardenatech.com.

2. Information we collect

What you send us. Your name, email address, phone number, company and anything else you write in a form, an email or a WhatsApp message.

How you use the site. Pages visited and time on site, collected through analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them. Our host also keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site and keep it secure.

3. How we use it, and the legal basis

We use your details to reply to you and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

We use analytics to improve the site, and advertising cookies to measure our ads. The legal basis is your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie notice. Our host's technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

You do not have to give us your details, but we cannot reply without them. We do not make decisions about you by computer alone.

We send news or offers by email only if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe from any email.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site and reply to you, such as Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form messages. If you accept cookies, Google receives analytics and advertising data. We also share it if the law requires us to.

Some of these services, and our Delhi studio, are outside the UK. When your information leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law allows, such as approved contract terms. Email us if you want a copy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If we work together, we keep business records for as long as the law requires. After that we delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to receive a copy you can take elsewhere. You can also ask us to limit how we use it, or object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@ardenatech.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Security

We use standard security measures to protect your information. No transfer over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
