Social media strategy and management, from 80K to 100K.
A proposal prepared for Babyhug.
One brand for every first.
Babyhug already owns the shelf, from the first onesie to the first school bag. On Instagram, the objective is to grow the community from 80K to 100K followers. But followers are the scoreboard, not the game.
The real goal is to build the account new parents check before they buy, and recommend in their mum groups. Do that well, and the 20,000 follows itself.
From catalogue to companion.
Babyhug's range runs from newborn to preschool. Posting it like a product catalogue is the fastest way to blend into every other baby brand. Our positioning shift is simple: one brand for every first. First onesie, first steps, first festival, first day of school.
The content follows the parenting journey, not the SKU list. Every post maps to a milestone a parent is living through right now. That single change is what turns a feed people scroll past into an account they save, share and recommend.
Genuine ideas, kept simple.
Five moves, run every month as one system.
01Save-worthy, not just scroll-worthy
Carousels parents actually need. “NB to 3XL: which diaper size is your baby really in?” “Cotton, interlock or velour: decoding baby fabric labels.” Saves and shares are the strongest reach signals Instagram has, and baby care is the best niche for them.
02Real parents, real homes
Ten micro parent creators a month doing honest, unpolished content: unboxing the travel-system stroller, a nursery tour furnished in Babyhug, everything in the diaper bag. Trust here is borrowed from other parents, not bought from celebrities.
03Reels built on milestones
Eight Reels a month around relatable moments with the product woven in: dressing a toddler for the Diwali photo, monsoon school runs in Babyhug rainwear, winter layering hacks. Reels are the one organic format that reliably reaches non-followers.
04The safe-space community
Every comment, DM and review answered within 12 hours. UGC reposts, weekly which-size-which-fabric Q&A Stories, a monthly Ask a Parent series. New parents ask a lot of questions — the brand that answers becomes the brand they follow.
05Amplify what already works
No spray-and-pray ads. Paid spend goes behind the top 20% of organic performers each month, so every rupee amplifies content that has already proven it can travel. Growth stays efficient and never depends on a single viral moment.
A runway to 100K, not a gamble on going viral.
Roughly 3,300 net new followers a month — driven by Reels reach, creator audiences and targeted amplification. Sustainable, not bought.
A 12-month sustained plan runs the same engine at a steadier pace, holding 100K-plus and deepening engagement.
The Indian parenting calendar is our growth engine.
Babyhug's ethnic wear and gifting range gives it a festive edge most baby brands simply do not have. We plan the spikes around it.
| Moment | Content angle | Hero products |
|---|---|---|
| Raksha Bandhan | Sibling twinning content | Ethnic sets, kurta pyjama, frocks |
| Diwali | Baby's first Diwali, family photo prep | Lehenga choli, sherwani, party wear |
| Winter · Nov–Jan | Layering guides, sleep-safe warmth | Thermals, sweaters, blankets, caps |
| Birthday season | Party planning made easy | Decor kits, gift sets, party wear |
| Monsoon | School-run survival | Rainwear, gumboots, umbrellas |
| Summer | Travel with baby | Strollers, carriers, caps, swimwear |

See it in practice.
A recent baby-brand engagement — Baby Forest, an Ayurvedic newborn-care label. It's the same thinking we'd bring to Babyhug: milestone-led social content and a brand-true web presence, working together. Tap any piece to see it live.
One retainer. Everything above.
The full scope of this proposal — strategy, creative, social media management, paid ads and daily community management — run end to end by a dedicated team, for one monthly fee.
dedicated team, end to end
Influencer payouts are billed at actuals with a 15% management fee. Content production (live shoots, models, studio) is scoped to the requirement. Website work is quoted separately as an add-on. Figures are exclusive of GST where applicable.
Beyond social. Ardena is a full digital studio. We can take the same brand thinking into your web presence — website design and redesign, campaign and product landing pages, and full digital builds — as an add-on to this retainer or as standalone projects, scoped whenever you're ready.
